Fresh pasta course
A few days ago, I had the pleasure of hosting a fresh pasta workshop in Stoneham, Quebec—an experience that brought together passion, tradition, and genuine connection.
During the workshop, participants discovered the secrets of authentic homemade pasta, learning how to prepare different types from scratch: tagliatelle, potato gnocchi, and stuffed ravioli. Starting from simple, high-quality ingredients, we worked side by side on each dough, focusing on every detail—from texture to technique.
This was more than just a cooking class—it was a moment of sharing. Between laughter, flour-covered hands, and incredible aromas, everyone experienced a true taste of Italian culinary culture.
To complete the experience, we also prepared classic sauces: a traditional tomato sauce, fresh basil pesto, and a rich meat ragù—perfect to pair with the pasta made during the workshop.
The best moment? Sitting down together to enjoy the dishes we created, sharing stories and the satisfaction of making everything from scratch.
This workshop in Stoneham was a great success, and seeing the participants’ enthusiasm is what motivates me to keep sharing my passion.
